　　尤金称，操作系统的本质就是不安全的，将来也是如此。这是由操作系统的本性决定的，因为它必须要运行一些未签名程序，因此不可能做到安全。

　　尤金说:“从设计的角度讲，Windows、Linux和Mac等大部分操作系统都是不安全的。很多人都说Mac系统很安全，因为没有Mac病毒。其实不然，Mac病毒也是存在的。而且，如果病毒作者将来把注意力集中到Mac系统上，那么苹果会很忙碌。”

　　尤金认为，操作系统要做到安全，就必须要锁定，拒绝安装未签名程序。但是，这样的系统就意味着丧失用户和市场。因此，尤金说:“将来，我们也不会看到任何安全的操作系统。”
